General terms on how Clean Max Conservação e Limpeza Predial e Residencial LTDA (“Clean Max”), registered under CNPJ 19.374.679/0001-07, located at Rua Kako Caminha, 567 – Presidente Vargas, Manaus – AM, 69025-310, Brazil, provides its services. Specific terms are agreed in each contract.
We confirm scope, schedule and price before starting, after visiting the site.
Our services follow Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC). For services contracted at a distance, you may withdraw within 7 days of contracting, under article 49 of the CDC, before the work is carried out.
Regular cleaning contracts set out the schedule and the notice needed to cancel.
